Rule 3, Karnataka Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Fees) Rules, 2026 [SEK-EKV]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the surety shall apply to the Government of Karnataka in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Government of Karnataka shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
