Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a critical facility shall apply to the National Executive Committee in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the National Executive Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one day of the application.
