Intimation of change.—Every importer of goods bearing a mark shall intimate to the Copyright Board, in Form 27 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Copyright Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
