Intimation of change.—Every debenture trustee shall intimate to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board, in Form ADT-1 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
