Application for registration.—Every debenture trustee carrying on the protection of the interests of debenture holders shall make an application for registration to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board in Form MGT-7, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every register of charges held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
