Intimation of change.—Every open access consumer shall intimate to the Grievance Redressal Forum, in Form I and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Grievance Redressal Forum shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
