Application for registration.—Every open access consumer carrying on the drawal of electricity under open access shall make an application for registration to the Grievance Redressal Forum in Form VI, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every storage tank held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
