Surrender of certificate.—Every employer of beedi workers who ceases to carry on the manufacture of beedis shall, within ten days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Licensing Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every certificate of registration held by him has been disposed of.
