Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a private siding who ceases to carry on the working of a private siding shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Commissioner of Railway Safety in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every parcel held by him has been disposed of.
