Application for registration.—Every holder of a quarry lease carrying on the quarrying of minor minerals shall make an application for registration to the Regional Controller of Mines in Form A, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every weighbridge slip held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three hundred and sixty-five days from that date.
