Intimation of change.—Every holder of a quarry lease shall intimate to the Regional Controller of Mines, in Form G and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Regional Controller of Mines shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
