Clause 2, Uttarakhand Uniform Civil Code (Certificate Control) Order, 2026 [SEK-0CX]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Uttarakhand Uniform Civil Code Act, 2024 (Uttarakhand Act 3 of 2024); (b) "administrator of an estate" means a person carrying on the administration of an estate; (c) "declaration" means a declaration received, held or disposed of by a administrator of an estate in the course of the administration of an estate; (d) "Form IV" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
