Application for registration.—Every operator of a cinema within the municipal limits carrying on the running of a cinema shall make an application for registration to the Corporation in Form D, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees and a statement of every drain held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
