Application for registration.—Every publisher of news on a digital platform carrying on the publication of news on a digital platform shall make an application for registration to the Board of Film Certification in Form VIII, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every register of subscribers held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
