Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these rules shall be served on the certifying medical authority to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form VIII, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the District Level Committee shall record the manner and the date of service within seven days of the service.
