Intimation of change.—Every licensee of a fishery in a reservoir shall intimate to the Ground Water Authority, in Form H and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Ground Water Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
