Surrender of certificate.—Every donor to a political party who ceases to carry on the making of donations to a political party shall, within three days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Election Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 7 of the manner in which every register of voters held by him has been disposed of.
