Application for registration.—Every distribution licensee carrying on the distribution of electricity shall make an application for registration to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board in Form V, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every generating station held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
