Surrender of certificate.—Every air transport undertaking who ceases to carry on the carriage of passengers by air shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-6 of the manner in which every certificate of airworthiness held by him has been disposed of.
