Surrender of certificate.—Every dealer in medical devices who ceases to carry on dealing in medical devices shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Drugs Controller in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 21 of the manner in which every drug held by him has been disposed of.
