Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955 (Andhra Pradesh Act 4 of 1955); (b) "producer of films" means a person carrying on the production of films; (c) "film" means a film received, held or disposed of by a producer of films in the course of the production of films; (d) "Form VIII" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
