Intimation of change.—Every diagnostic laboratory shall intimate to the State Medical Council, in Form 20 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Medical Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
