Surrender of certificate.—Every diagnostic laboratory who ceases to carry on the running of a diagnostic laboratory shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Medical Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 41 of the manner in which every batch held by him has been disposed of.
