Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any diagnostic laboratory dies, his legal representative shall, within fourteen days of the death, intimate the death to the State Medical Council in Form 41, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every batch then held; and the State Medical Council shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
