Regulation 2, National Medical Commission (Forms of Diagnostic laboratories) Regulations, 2025 [SEH-S4P]

Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the National Medical Commission Act, 2019 (30 of 2019); (b) "diagnostic laboratory" means a person carrying on the running of a diagnostic laboratory; (c) "certificate of registration" means a certificate of registration received, held or disposed of by a diagnostic laboratory in the course of the running of a diagnostic laboratory; (d) "Form 29" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
