Surrender of certificate.—Every auctioneer who ceases to carry on the sale of property by auction shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Inspector General of Registration in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every stock of stamps held by him has been disposed of.
