Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a dock who ceases to carry on the employment of dock workers shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registering Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every wage register held by him has been disposed of.
