Intimation of change.—Every point of presence shall intimate to the Board of Trustees, in Form 10 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Board of Trustees shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
