Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these regulations shall be served on the owner of a solar power plant to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form I, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Grievance Redressal Forum shall record the manner and the date of service within sixty days of the service.
