Safe custody.—Every owner of a solar power plant shall keep every cylinder to which these regulations apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the generation of electricity from solar energy is carried on, shall record in Form VII the description of every cylinder so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Grievance Redressal Forum within seven days of the close of each year.
