Records to be kept at the premises.—Every owner of a solar power plant shall keep at the premises where the generation of electricity from solar energy is carried on the certificate of registration and the records maintained under these regulations, shall produce them for inspection on request by the Chief Electrical Inspector, and shall enter in Form VI the date of every inspection so made and the name and designation of the person who made it.
