Regulation 7, CERC (Registration of Owners of a solar power plant) Regulations, 2025 [SEH-EWN]

Report to the Government.—The Grievance Redressal Forum shall prepare, within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these regulations during that year, of the number of owners of a solar power plant whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Central Government and publish it within sixty days of its preparation.
