Fees.—The fee of twenty-five thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of one lakh rupees payable on any other application under these regulations shall be paid to the Grievance Redressal Forum by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form IV; and the Grievance Redressal Forum shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within fifteen days of its receipt.
