Application for registration.—Every contractor for canal works carrying on the execution of canal works shall make an application for registration to the Tribunal in Form C, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every tube well held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
