Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the contractor for canal works shall apply to the Tribunal in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
