Surrender of certificate.—Every generating company who ceases to carry on the generation of electricity shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Ombudsman in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every energy bill held by him has been disposed of.
