Intimation of change.—Every licensee for the sale of poisons shall intimate to the Superintendent of Police, in Form VIII and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Superintendent of Police shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
