Particulars of application.—Every application for registration shall state the name and address of the applicant, the premises at which the practice as a goods and services tax practitioner is carried on, the particulars of every register of stock held by the applicant and such other particulars as are specified in Form GST DRC-03, and shall be signed by the applicant or his authorised agent.
