Intimation of change.—Every educational institution admitting foreign students shall intimate to the Protector of Emigrants, in Form C and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Protector of Emigrants shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
