Fees.—The fee of one thousand five hundred rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of two hundred and fifty rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Protector of Emigrants by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form S; and the Protector of Emigrants shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within fourteen days of its receipt.
