Surrender of certificate.—Every child care institution who ceases to carry on the running of a child care institution shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Magistrate in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every individual care plan held by him has been disposed of.
