Application for registration.—Every establishment carrying on the running of an establishment shall make an application for registration to the Board of Trustees in Form 2, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every remittance challan held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
