Surrender of certificate.—Every establishment who ceases to carry on the running of an establishment shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board of Trustees in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 10 of the manner in which every account held by him has been disposed of.
