Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any licensee for the sale of poisons dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Odisha in Form I, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every explosive substance then held; and the Government of Odisha shall enter the intimation in the register within seven days of its receipt.
