Intimation of change.—Every licensee for the sale of poisons shall intimate to the Government of Odisha, in Form VIII and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Odisha shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
