Safe custody.—Every mortgagee of agricultural land shall keep every land revenue receipt to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the taking of a mortgage of agricultural land is carried on, shall record in Form 1 the description of every land revenue receipt so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Sub-Divisional Officer within one hundred and eighty days of the close of each year.
