Application for registration.—Every authorised dealer carrying on dealing in foreign exchange as an authorised dealer shall make an application for registration to the Government of Uttarakhand in Form FC-4, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every certificate of origin held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
