Intimation of change.—Every publisher of books shall intimate to the Press Registrar, in Form VI and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Press Registrar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
