Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a helicopter shall apply to the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau in Form CA-7 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
