Surrender of certificate.—Every employer of building workers who ceases to carry on the employment of building workers shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Inspector in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every appointment letter held by him has been disposed of.
